Every project begins with a comprehensive preconstruction plan, where we assign a dedicated team, including a superintendent, project manager, and project controls specialist to oversee every phase. This team collaborates to:

Develop the site utilization plan to address staging area, phasing requirements, public safety, traffic control, site access, and other key concerns
Identify any long lead time items and plan an early buyout
Determine major labor and equipment needs
Write the critical path schedule

Once construction begins, our experienced team leverages resources and expertise to bring the project to life. We rigorously monitor and manage submittals, approvals, procurement, and coordination among all trades. Weekly on-site progress meetings ensure that timelines are met, challenges are addressed proactively, and corrective measures are implemented as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the construction site, managing subcontractors and trades, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring alignment with the project plan.
Scheduling
Developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, identifying potential delays, and implementing corrective measures to keep the project on track.
Procurement
Managing the procurement process for materials, equipment, and subcontracted services. Ensuring timely acquisition while maintaining quality and cost control.
Quality Control
Establishing and enforcing quality standards, conducting inspections, and verifying that all work meets contractual and regulatory requirements.
Cost Control
Maintaining detailed cost tracking systems, evaluating budget performance, and applying cost-saving strategies without sacrificing quality or scope.
Safety Management
Implementing jobsite safety plans, conducting regular safety training and audits, and ensuring full compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations.Communication: Serving as the primary liaison between the owner, design team, and trades. Facilitating effective communication to minimize misunderstandings and maximize efficiency.
Compliance
Ensuring that construction activities meet all applicable building codes, zoning laws, permit requirements, and environmental regulations.
Subcontractor Coordination
Selecting qualified subcontractors, negotiating contracts, managing performance, and ensuring accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Management
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks, including legal, financial, safety, and schedule-related issues, before they impact the project.
Change Order Management
Handling scope changes efficiently by assessing impact, obtaining approvals, and updating schedules and budgets accordingly.
Final Handover and Closeout
Completing all required documentation, facilitating final inspections, resolving punch list items, and ensuring a smooth handover to the owner or facility management team.
