The Design-Build process has five individual steps. Each step is critical when it comes to staff selection, material decisions, planning, budgeting, and procedures.
Pat Williams Construction will take the time to review and carefully select all members of the construction process.
Our team will sit down and collaborate with you to create a project plan that alines with your vision and budget.
We will extensively review the project design if one is provided by the client or architect on the job.
Bids from multiple subcontractors from different trade areas will be collected and meticulously reviewed.
This is the last step before completion. All construction is done on the project, including foundation, build-out, interior structure and design.
