About Us
For over 45 years, Pat Williams Construction has built a legacy of excellence, quality, and trust. Founded in 1978 by Pat Williams in Leesville, Louisiana, what began as a small one-man company has successfully developed into one of the most respected general contracting firms in Central and Southwest Louisiana.
We don’t just construct buildings. We build lasting relationships and a foundation of trust with every project we take on. Whether it’s a small renovation or a large-scale commercial development, we bring the same dedication to quality, efficiency, and precision to every job.
Together, we can build something great!

Culture
At Pat Williams Construction, we don’t just build structures — we build a family. We believe the strongest foundations start with people who feel supported both on and off the job site.
Holiday Party
More than just a holiday gathering, the Christmas Party is a time to recognize the hard work and dedication of our team throughout the year. It’s a chance to step away from the busy pace of the jobsite, reconnect with colleagues from across the company, and share laughter and memories in a family-like setting.
This tradition reflects the close-knit culture we’ve built at Pat Williams Construction—where every employee is valued, and where we take time to celebrate not just our accomplishments, but each other. The Christmas Party is a true reflection of the spirit of our company: hard-working, people-focused, and united.
Thanksgiving
This tradition reinforces the value of community, reminding everyone that the company’s strength lies not only in the buildings it constructs but also in the relationships it nurtures. By coming together in gratitude, the Thanksgiving meal affirms Pat Williams Construction’s commitment to caring for its people and honoring the teamwork that drives its success.
Crawfish Boils
The Crawfish Boil is a cherished tradition that strengthens our sense of community and reinforces the close-knit culture we value at Pat Williams Construction.
Mardi Gras Parades
It’s a lively tradition that brings fun, energy, and teamwork to the forefront—allowing employees to celebrate Louisiana culture and make lasting memories together.
Alzheimers Walks
At Pat Williams Construction, participating in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s together is a cause close to our hearts.
In loving memory of Donna Williams, the devoted wife of our founder Pat Williams and mother of our current President Jason Williams, we proudly walk as Donna’s Memory Marchers to raise awareness and support for those affected by Alzheimer’s. Donna courageously battled Alzheimer’s for over a decade before passing peacefully in September 2024. Her strength, warmth, and love left a lasting impact on all who knew her.
To honor her legacy and help advance the fight against Alzheimer’s, our team joins both the 2024 Walk to End Alzheimer’s – SWLA in Lake Charles and other local awareness events, such as the Pilot Club of Leesville’s Walk for Alzheimer’s Awareness at Dogwood Park. Through these walks, we not only remember Donna, but also stand with the millions of families facing the daily challenges of Alzheimer’s.
We are committed to making a difference—by raising funds, spreading awareness, and walking together toward a future without this disease.
