The Design-Build Process

STEP 1: Preconstruction Planning

STEP 2: Design Phase
Through collaborative sessions, we refine the design with your input, apply value engineering, and ensure all plans meet permit and regulatory requirements.
STEP 3: GMP Development
With design documents in place, we establish a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) through competitive trade bidding and transparent cost breakdowns.
STEP 4: Construction Phase
Our team mobilizes and manages all construction activities while providing real-time updates on progress, budget, quality, and safety.
STEP 5: Commissioning & Turnover
We complete final inspections, train your team, provide documentation, and remain available for post-construction support.
