RAPC Fireside Building

Selective demolition, asbestos abatement, renovations and new finishes to a downtown Alexandria two-story office building. This will become the new office for Rapides Area Planning Commission. New finishes to include new floors, ceilings, and painted walls, doors, and frames. Restrooms will be renovated for updating and code compliance, mechanical and electrical will be renovated and updated for the new usage.
