Pineville Office Complex Region 3 – LA Dept of Wildlife & Fisheries

This project consists of the construction of an 11,689 sf new regional office for the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries. The existing office building will be demolished by the Owner. Existing storage buildings on site will be relocated as part of the work. The new structure will be slab on grade and light wood framed for walls and wood trusses for the roof. Exterior envelope will be finished with veneer brick and fiber cement siding and standing seam metal roofing. Exterior windows and doors are storefront aluminum. Interior finishes include sealed concrete floors, carpet, painted gypsum board walls, painted gypsum board and acoustical tile ceilings, ceramic tile in wet areas. Electrical service to and within the site will be rebuilt to accommodate the new and relocated buildings. HVAC will be supplied by split system unit.
