The project includes removal of SBS roofing, installation of a new metal roof, replacement of damaged gutters and down spouts, cleaning of roof drains, floor drains, storm lines and catch basins. It also includes the repair and/or replacement of damaged fascia, soffit & trim, removal of damaged siding and sheathing, installation of weather barrier, repair and/or replacement to all interiors including gypsum board walls and ceilings, insulation, suspended ceilings and grid, flooring, base, millwork, repairs to gym floor, rubber floor and lighting, electrical and mechanical repairs.
