Originally constructed of structural masonry, wood roof deck with Durolast Roof System. Renovated in 2010 for Dr. Christina Lord, interior finishes include sealed concrete, contemporary millwork and industrial design. Originally constructed in 1915, it served as Fertitta Brothers Grocery, later it expanded to include hardware which became so profitable that it eventually became their main trade.
