Merchants & Farmers Bank – Sulphur

This project consists of the renovation of a former fast food restaurant into a new branch for Merchants & Farmers Bank. The project consists of approximately 3,175 square feet of conditioned space with approximately 2, 750 square feet of area that will be renovated and 420 square feet of new construction. Also included as a component of the project is a separate free-standing drive-thru teller and ATM component of approximately 595 square feet.
