Construction consists of the demolition and replacement of existing restrooms, planters at front entry and renovate the front façade. Renovations to existing activity rooms and offices. Add an addition to the west end of the existing building and include a new addition to the walking track, exercise room, locker rooms, restrooms and office. Removal of lights, dugouts and fencing of 1 existing baseball field.
