LDAF Woodworth Headquarters Interior Build-Out

This is a partial build-out for an existing shell building. Work will include bringing power to the building and providing additional electrical and lighting work in this area. Renovations to existing unit area will include plumbing rough-ins to receive piping and fixtures, adding AC, and installing insulation to all exterior walls. There will also be additions of light gage metal framing for interior wall partitions in addition to staining and sealing of concrete floors. Ceiling systems and hard furr downs will also be added in some locations.
