First United Methodist Church

The renovations to the First United Methodist Church will cover the children’s building, the fellowship hall and the sanctuary and will take place in 4 phases. Phase 1 includes renovating the restrooms on both floors 1 & 2 in the children’s building, repairing the exterior brick, and repainting the exterior stairwell & all windows. Phase 2 includes repainting as interior and exterior surfaces of the fellowship hall, replacing the carpet, repairing the exterior brick and stucco, and the construction of a new computer cabinet. Phase 3 includes the construction of new parking, sidewalks, handicap ramps, and the replacement of the exterior 6 FT architectural columns. A new automatic sprinkler system and select landscaping will also be included in phase 3. Phase 4 will include the selective demolition and the installation of the remaining parking areas, sidewalks and drainage.
