Project consists of general repairs to over 50,000 sqft of office complex that was damaged by flood waters during Hurricane Harvey. Pat Williams Construction’s scope of work includes but is not limited to demolition of all finishes up to 4’ throughout building and installation of new sheetrock, millwork, doors, flooring, etc.
