This project is to include interior and exterior demolition with temporary shoring, new concrete masonry unit and brick walls, new structural steel beams to replace the damaged ones, roofing demo down to bar joist and re-installation of a new bituminous roofing system, installation of new front entrance canopy, new overhead coiling, hollow metal and store front doors, new acoustical ceiling and tile, new roof drains and painting on all locations.
