Alcoa Office Building Relocation

Construction of new 12,000 s.f. administration building. Construction of new approximate 10,000 s.f. change building and guard station. Construction of new 3000 s.f. secured storage building. Construction of new vehicle wash area. Construction of new concrete parking areas for plant workers and visitors. A new enclosed waste containment, and all associated site work which includes utilities for water, electrical, fire, sewer and subsurface drainage. Areas to be enclosed by new fencing and security gates. Building areas to be raised with select fill to above mean flood level. Areas effected by construction to be sodded and seeding and will be landscaped.
