Pat Williams Construction was the contractor for the building of the Southwest Louisiana Charter Academy in Lake Charles, LA. SWLCA is a pre-k to 8th grade facility built in 2014 to accommodate the academic and recreational needs of needs of 860 students.
We broke ground for the SWLCA facility in December 2013. Pat Williams Construction knew of our time constraints and had our facility ready for the opening of school in August 2014. And the facility was built below budget, for the benefit of SWLCA and Pat Williams Construction. We encountered no problems in Owner-Contractor relations.
