I have over 28 years of construction experience, both in Estimating and Project Management. I have successfully estimated competitive bid projects upwards of $16 million and design-build projects of $22 million.
As an estimator it is my responsibility for calculating the total cost of building a project and aggressively working to be the successful low bidder. As a Project Manager, I am also responsible for overseeing the construction of a project, keeping it on schedule and under budget.
