My experience in construction began in the summer of 2014 where I worked as a laborer for a commercial general contractor in Lake Charles, LA. Working in the field gave me valuable experience, and made me to want to expand my knowledge and skills so that one day I could become a project manager. But as I continued to advance my knowledge and skills working in almost every position in construction, I found my calling in safety. Having worked in such a wide range of positions has given me a greater understanding of construction safety.
After only two years in safety, Pat Williams Construction offered me a full-time position as a safety/risk manager, and I couldn’t pass it up. Pat Williams Construction is full of incredibly kind and knowledgeable men and women that make you feel like family. I am proud and grateful to be a part of this family and I look forward to expanding my knowledge as much as possible to become a valuable asset to this company.
