I began working for my father’s company as a laborer during summer breaks. I gained additional experience by later taking administrative roles with the Estimating and Project Management department within his company each summer until high school graduation. I attended Louisiana State University and received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Construction Management in 2001.
I spent four subsequent years working for The Shaw Group Inc., headquartered in Baton Rouge, LA, as a Project Estimator and Regional Business Development Manager for the Fabrication and Manufacturing Division of the company. I have been extremely fortunate to be surrounded with a substantial amount of leadership and experience throughout my career. I returned home in 2005 and have since served as a Project Estimator, Project Manager, and Vice President.
In 2011, I saw an opportunity to expand into Southwest Louisiana and moved my family to Lake Charles, LA where we opened a branch office and I surrounded myself with many talented people from the local area.
The company has continued to grow and expand into new market places due to the many dedicated people that work at Pat Williams Construction. In 2016, I officially became President of the company and I continue to strive to make the company the premier General Contractor in Louisiana.
